We are happy to help you with your request.  We will send transcripts for you at no cost if you contact our counseling office secretary, Danielle Hammond, either by email or phone.  You can reach her at [email protected] or 740-763-3389.  Be certain to give her the following information:

 

1. Your current name

2. The name you had when you graduated from LVHS if it is different from your current name

3. Your graduation year

4. Your date of birth

5. Where do you need the transcript sent?  (Include the mailing or email address if you have it.)

6. A phone number and/or email address where Danielle can contact you.

 

Please do not use any of the services you will find when you Google "Need My Transcript."  Sites like NeedMyTranscript.com charge you money which does not go to the school to email one of us and ask us to send the transcript.  If it is over the summer, it may go to the wrong person who won't see the request in time.
